1. ABOVE THE LINE FILM CREW:

1.1 FILM PRODUCERS:

1.2 DIRECTORS:

Directors are responsible for translating the script into a visual medium. They work closely with the cast and crew to bring their creative vision to life.

1.3 WRITERS:

2. BELOW THE LINE FILM CREW:

2.1 PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:

2.1.1 PRODUCTION MANAGER:

The production manager oversees the logistical aspects of the production, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources.

2.1.2 PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:

The production coordinator assists the production manager, handling administrative tasks, organizing permits, managing logistics, and coordinating the crew.

2.1.3 FIRST ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (1ST AD):

The 1st AD is responsible for managing the set and ensuring that the director’s vision is executed efficiently. They create the shooting schedule, coordinate between departments, and maintain order on set.

2.1.4 SECOND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (2ND AD):

The 2nd AD assists the 1st AD in managing the set, handling logistics, and coordinating with background actors, among other tasks.

2.1.5 SECOND SECOND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (2ND 2ND AD):

2.3.2 Gaffer:

The gaffer is the head of the electrical department, responsible for lighting setup, power distribution, and creating the desired lighting effects.

2.3.3 Best Boy:

The best boy assists the key grip or gaffer, coordinating equipment and crew and managing administrative tasks within the G&E department.

2.4 SOUND DEPARTMENT:

2.4.1 Sound Mixer:

2.4.2 Boom Operator:
